Welcome to Studio Lo. We look forward to providing you with outstanding care in a timely manner. Our studio offers a cozy, soothing atmosphere where you can unwind and escape the stresses of everyday life. Our policies are in place to ensure that every guest has a truly enjoyable experience here at Studio Lo.


RESERVATIONS & ARRIVALS

Spa services are available by appointment only. To secure a reservation for any service, including Free Consultations, a major credit card is required. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete your client profile, disclose any health conditions, allergies, or recent procedures, and get ready for your treatment


CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate your business and ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a charge up to the full amount of the service on your credit card. If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, the full amount of the service will be charged to your credit card. For pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series. Same-day appointments are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. A $30 fee will apply for late cancellations or no-shows for Free Consultation services.


LATE ARRIVALS

Please note that we allocate a specific amount of time for each service to ensure a complete and enjoyable experience. Arriving late may restrict our ability to provide the full service. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled treatment time and will be responsible for the full service fee.


ONLINE BOOKING

Please be aware that appointments cannot be changed or canceled online. First-time clients will be charged a $25 deposit for online bookings, which may be refunded only if the appointment is canceled outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy.


GRATUITIES

Our services do not include gratuity. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.


PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time, and without notice. This includes all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.


SERIES OF TREATMENTS RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatments that were purchased. We will exchange them for other spa series of equal value or spa credit of equal value.


PAYMENT

Major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal, certified checks, money orders, or any third-party gift cards or pre-paid credit cards. Valid state-issued ID is required when paying by credit card. Thank you!


HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLOSURES

For your safety and to ensure the best possible experience, we request that you disclose any health conditions, allergies, recent procedures, or sensitivities before treatments.


CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information, including health history, payment details, and treatment records, is kept confidential. Studio Lo adheres to strict privacy standards to protect your personal data.

Studio Lo reserves the right to adjust or change the service provided if deemed necessary for the client’s safety or well-being.
